We do everything possible to get your backorders out as quickly as possible while minimizing shipping costs.
When you only have one product on backorder, we ship it out as soon as it’s received. When you backorder multiple products on a single invoice, we hold all of those products so they ship together. Once any backordered product has been in our warehouse for 30 days, we automatically ship that product to you, as well as any of your other backordered products in stock at that time. All backorders ship via the most economical shipping method possible.
In the rare event that we’re unable to fill all backorders for a product within 90 days, all backorders for that product are cancelled. In most cases where this is necessary, it’s due to unusually high demand or a lack of raw materials, and our suppliers have indicated that they can’t provide us with a reliable date when we would receive enough to satisfy the backorders.
