Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to return a item/order:

OC PARTY SUPPLY wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! If you need to make a return for any reason please Contact us at: returnsocp@gmail.com and provide your order#, order date, name & address + reason for your return.


Here is what is NON-REFUNDABLE:

*Opened product packages

*Used Balloons

*Biodegradeable products (ex. paper straws)

* Shipping charges

*Partial returns of full case products

*Returns received 30 days after purchase.

The customer is responsible to inspect their order and report any damages made to the products in shipment within 7 days of receiving their order. Proof of damages must be provided via email. Any claims about damaged goods after the 7 day inspection period will not be re-shipped.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
